The Rangers did not place Jake Trouba in the waiver draft. This is reported by insider Chris Johnston.
Earlier it became known that the club could exchange the player or put him up for the waiver draft. Jake Trouba`s $8 million per year deal runs until the end of the 2025-26 season.
The player`s contract contains a no-trade clause. Previously, he provided a list of 15 clubs according insider football websites to which he could not be exchanged. It was reported that the Rangers could place him in the waiver draft so that a team on that list could pick up the player.
